Minimum Orders.
The minimum (New or Repeat) order is twelve garments. Should you require less we will give you a price.

Artwork.
Nottingham Screen prints provide any free artwork from our CorelDRAW, Microsoft Word design programmes or artwork from our extensive logo library.

Embroidery Set Up.
We set up embroidery designs for free. However we may have to make a charge for embroidery set up on a very small order.

Studio Time.
We include 30 Minutes design time with all our orders, should you require more time this may be charged for.

Quality Garments.
We supply quality Fruit of the Loom garments. We also supply Starworld, Jerzees, Hanes, Kustom Kit, Pinini, Just Hoody’s, Reflective Work Wear and many other manufactures products.

Multicoloured Prints.
We screen print up to four colours in your design or a second colour on the rear of your garment.
If you require more than four we have up to ten colours available.

Heat Transfers
We supply thermal release transfers. These are printed onto baseball hats and a wide range of garments.

Football Shirts.
We are printers of football shirts, shorts and training kits. Including Sponcers logo’s, team logo’s and team numbers.

One Shirt.
Should you require one tee-shirt or garment these can easily be produced by a number of print solutions.

Payments.
Payment can be made by Cheque or Bacs. We require full payment with your order, or if you prefer we can arrange a 50% deposit with balance paid on delivery. Many of our customers have accounts.

Payments by Bacs remittance.
Should you wish to pay by this method. Our account details will be on your invoice.

Mixed Orders.
Please do not mix embroidered garments totals with the screen printed garments.

Customer Satisfaction.
We of course value our customers and we hope you will contact us if for any reason you are not satisfied with our service or products.

Telephones.
Your calls are answered here in Nottingham, you will not be asked to select a service or listen to music. Your call may be transfered to our mobile at no additional cost. alternatively you can leave a message on the answer phone.

Holidays.
As with any small company we need to take holidays. Should we be on holiday you will be given instructions for an alternative telephone to call. Contact through our email address will receive a reply.

Price Match.
Should you receive a cheaper quotation we will try to price match.

Price Structures.
We try to supply an all inclusive price based on quantity and this includes set up, printing or embroidery.

Other Items.
We supply many more garments and promotional items please ask for a quote.

Printing Customers Own Garments.
Should you wish to purchase your own garments we will give you price to print or embroider.

Deliveries.
Your order will be dispatched by one of the following ”DHL” or “Royal Mail Parcels”. Next day delivery is available at an extra charge.
